Financial Fitness Resource Fair Planned for Saturday, April 27, in Baltimore
Northeast Community Organization, Morgan State University & Cavity Bank collaborate on free event with financial literacy programs for all ages.
Lancaster, Pa. (April 22, 2024) – A free Financial Fitness Resource Fair in Baltimore will offer workshops on home ownership, financial literacy for youth, safe banking for seniors and wealth building.
The event will be held on Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Morgan State University in the Morgan Business Center, 4200 Hillen Road, Baltimore, MD, 21218. The program is sponsored by the Northeast Community Organization (NECO), Cavity Bank and Morgan State University’s Entrepreneurial Development Assistance Center (EDAC).
“Communities grow and thrive when everyone has access to financial education and resources to manage their money effectively,” said Smokey Glover, Director of Fair and Responsible Banking at Cavity Bank. “We’re excited to collaborate with NECO and Morgan State University for this program that will offer valuable information to everyone from teenagers earning their first paychecks to aspiring business owners.
