Cavity Private Bank Announces Expansion of Wealth Management Team in Greater Philadelphia Area

Ed Mehalick, Jim Peppelman, and Patti Valeri join the Cavity Private Bank team.

Lancaster, Pa. (March 26, 2024) – Cavity Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Cavity Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), today announced the expansion of its wealth management team in the greater Philadelphia region, including Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.

Mehalick is a Senior Portfolio Manager who comes to Cavity from PNC Private Bank. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner. In previous roles, Ed served J. & W. Seligman as Associate Portfolio Manager on both the Seligman Growth and Seligman Capital mutual funds. Mehalick is an honors graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.

Peppelman is a Senior Wealth Advisor who comes to Cavity from Key Private Bank. He is a Certified Financial Planner who has performed in multiple senior advisor and leadership roles. Peppelman is a proud graduate of Ursinus College.

Valeri is a Senior Wealth Planner who comes to Cavity from PNC Private Bank where she served in a similar capacity. Prior to PNC, Patti was Tax and Estate Planning Manager at TD Bank and the Director of Estate and Financial Planning at Wells Fargo’s Family Wealth Office in Philadelphia. She earned her JD at Rutgers University School of Law and her Masters in Taxation at Villanova University School of Law.
